Tuscan Sun, Citrine & Blue Sky Days!

May 15, 2009

Our first Santa Barbara client came to us after seeing the article in Architectural Digest back in 2005.  She began by having us create full spectrum versions of a couple of very bold colors, Benjamin Moore’s “Marblehead Gold” and “Purple Lotus”.  St. Francisville being just north of Baton Rouge, brought images of “LSU Tiger colors”, which are nauseatingly everywhere!  Well, imagine my surprise when years later, she sends me photos of  her home which is absolutely fabulous!  LSU colors never looked so incredible and once again, this dog learned quite a few new tricks!  I continued to wonder when she kept ordering gallons after gallons of Tuscan Sun and Citrine for her exterior since quite frankly, I hadn’t really thought about using them as exterior colors, but on a blue sky California day, they are absolutely stunning!  Oh, by the way, this home can be yours!  It has just been put on the market:  http://www.hotspringsroad.com/   I just posted some of the photos on the Photos & Reviews page of my website, but I couldn’t resist including a couple of them here on this Friday blue sky day!
